ANAHEIM, Calif., USA: With one of the largest exhibit halls of the year, CDA Presents in Anaheim has long been favored by dental professionals looking to re-stock, upgrade or expand — with a great deal. A stroll through the aisles revealed booth after booth with attention-getting displays emphasizing special promotions, fun giveaways and opportunities for big winnings or big savings.

Shofu always comes through with an array of “buy-some-get-some-free” exhibit-hall specials. Among the ones at CDA Presents are “buy one Beautifil II Pink Kit and get a Pink Prep Kit at no charge,” “buy any four short-lid Burbutlers and get a six pack of Robot FG Diamond burs at no charge” and “buy two Beauticem SA or two Monocem kits and get a Onegloss PS Assortment Kit at no charge.” Be sure to use the Giant iTab in the booth to visit the Shofu website and be entered to win a Rocketbook smart notebook, Bluetooth speakers or a coloring stylus.

Roydent Dental Products has a “buy-two-get-one-free” special introductory offer on a number of products in its newly branded Aha! family of impression materials (Fast Bite Registration Material; Bite Registration Material; VPS Impression Material, X-Light; Putty; and VPS Heavy Body Impression Material).

Trident Dental Labs is prominently featuring several brands of zirconia crowns competitively priced.

Premier Dental Products is here with its new BioCoat bioactive pit and fissure sealant. The company describes it as having “outstanding” adhesion and extended fluoride release. It features SmartCAP technology, patented semi-permeable resin microcapsules developed in partnership with Creighton University.

TAUB Products is using CDA Presents to prominently feature two products that have received strong praise from some of the top independent evaluators in the dentistry. The company’s Liquid Magic Resin Barrier features a rubber-like resin barrier for implant and restorative cases ($120 for two 3 ml syringes). Its Fusion-Zr Multipurpose Veneer Cement is a light-cured resin cement for lithium disilicate, zirconia and ceramic veneer cementation ($160 for four 1.2 ml syringes). Be sure to ask about its other meeting specials, too.

These are just a few of the seemingly endless offerings in the CDA Presents exhibit hall.
