TULSA, Okla., USA: DENTSPLY Tulsa Dental Specialties sponsored the sixth annual Oklahoma Mission of Mercy dental clinic, which was held Feb. 6 and 7 in Tulsa, Okla. The two-day clinic is designed to meet the critical needs of dental patients of all ages by providing free dental care to as many adults and children as time, volunteers and supplies will allow.

The annual event is produced by the Oklahoma Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Foundation and the Delta Dental of Oklahoma Oral Health Foundation.

“Many of our Tulsa employees donated their time and talent during the two-day event that provided treatment for more than 1,600 individuals receiving more than 12,000 procedures,” said John Voskuil, vice president and general manager for DENTSPLY Tulsa. “We are proud to support an organization whose mission is to provide dental care to patients who might not otherwise have the opportunity to visit the dentist on a regular basis.”

Next year’s Oklahoma Mission of Mercy will be held in Oklahoma City, Feb. 5-6, 2016. More information about the event is available at www.okmom.org.
