CVM Health recently introduced three innovative communication tools for dental clinics. The first tool is an educational digital signage solution specialized for dental clinics’ waiting rooms. The goal of this turnkey solution is to educate patients in the waiting room on the treatments and services offered by the clinic and to answer their questions.
The content will inform the patients using general messages on such topics as opening hours, a list of the services offered, payment methods, before-and-after pictures, promotions on a specific service, patient testimonials and a multitude of other custom-made messages.
The content will entertain patients with local and international news, weather forecasts, dental fun facts, multiple-choice and true-or-false questions, nutrition tips and more.
This solution will reduce the perceived waiting time and enhance the esthetics of the waiting room.
Through the web-based content management interface, the clinic will have access to a large database of content, including the bilingual educational library developed by CVM Amberg, created with the most recent 3-D animation software. The solution also includes a personalized content creation service for enhanced branding for the dental clinic.

The second tool is the creation of a customized dental website that will increase the clinic’s visibility on the Internet while improving the patient’s online experience.
The dental website solution by CVM Health is interactive, unique and personalized for each clinic. It is composed of several sections, such as a list of services offered, along with video descriptions from the CVM Amberg 3-D library, a presentation of the clinic and its team and a section to advertise promotions.
Other sections include information for the patients, such as financing, opening hours, location and directions, before-and-after picture galleries and tips and FAQs.
Furthermore, CVM Health websites include an interactive section to facilitate the patients’ visit: an online medical form for first check-ups, an online appointment booking section and a section to ask questions of the dentist.
The creation of a dental website by CVM Health also includes the domain name registration, five e-mail adresses, hosting, bilingual adaptation, access to updates of the CVM Amberg library and enhanced visibility on search engines such as Google.
The third tool is a portable educational solution for dental clinics on the Apple iPad.
This solution enables the clinic to educate, inform and impress patients while describing the treatments offered through the CVM Amberg 3-D animation library. CVM Health says this tool will increase the acceptance rate of the proposed treatments.
