NEW YORK, USA: Astra Tech, a provider of comprehensive solutions for dental implant therapy based in Waltham, MA, USA, recently announced the expansion of its Atlantis Abutment options to include the NobelActive NP 3.5 and RP 4.3, 5.0 implants for North American customers.
The company provides patient-specific abutments in a choice of four material options, including titanium, gold-shaded titanium, white zirconia and shaded zirconia.
“Providing Atlantis Abutments for NobelActive implants further secures Astra Tech’s leadership position in providing patient-specific abutments for all major implant systems,” the companny said in a press release announcing the expansion. “This introduction is the latest in a series of Atlantis Abutments being developed for new implant interfaces, such as the Straumann Bone Level implants. Astra Tech plans to introduce additional interfaces and material choices for the Atlantis patient-specific solution in 2010.”
