CHICAGO, Ill., USA: The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) has launched a new, completely redesigned website at www.agd.org. “With refreshed content, a new modern design and more intuitive navigation, using the new AGD website will be easier than ever before,” said AGD President Jeffrey M. Cole, DDS, MBA, FAGD.
This website redesign was based on feedback from a comprehensive 2012 member survey and the AGD’s strategic plan. Features of the new AGD website include:
- Prominent placement of continuing education (CE) opportunities.
- Improved navigation and search capabilities.
- Updated and streamlined content.
- A resource-filled practice management section.
- Easy-to-access patient education.
- Late-breaking dental news, and much more.
“All of this is in addition to the resources you are used to accessing on our website, like your CE transcripts, CE Directory, advocacy resources, and our award-winning publications—each section now offers a fresh look and new content,” Cole added.
The new website is optimized for mobile devices.
