SAN DIEGO, Calif., USA: Orthodontics is an art, a science and a business. That is the key theme behind all of the educational sessions attendees will find at the American Association of Orthodontists meeting here in San Diego. Sessions span a wide variety of topics, from “Accelerated Tooth Movement” to “Mega Trends for Doctors & The Ortho Team” to “Orthodontic Treatment Effects I and II.”

“We have catered our 117th annual session program to provide information for all attendees to navigate their careers successfully through all kinds of water,” said AAO President Dr. DeWayne McCamish in his welcome letter.

Attendees can also find educational sessions on the exhibit hall floor at several booths, including SureSmile, Ormco, Acceledent, Henry Schein Ortho, Dental Monitoring and Forestadent.

In addition, at the Excellence in Orthodontics Luncheon and Awards Ceremony, attendees could see professional tennis player and former world No. 1 player Andre Agassi.
