Reliant 10-inch sterilizer

The Porter Reliant 10-inch sterilizer is the only sterilizer system that features a solid copper chamber with nickel plating — which is more efficient and durable than stainless steel.

The Reliant is equipped with a drying pump that, combined with a bacterial filter and a closed-door end-of-cycle forced ventilation, results in complete drying of loose or wrapped loads, ensuring that your dental office meets current asepsis guidelines for sterilization of wrapped and unwrapped instruments.

The thermal conductivity of the solid copper chamber (eight times more efficient than stainless steel), along with multiple sensors, control steam and surface temperature, prevent thermal shock and extend instrument life while saving both time and energy costs.

Safety features include a triple-lock safety door, LED readout, cycle counter and self-diagnostics alarm status, all of which simplify troubleshooting and reduce downtime. Separate clean and dirty water reservoirs help ensure that dirty water is not reused. The control system features four pre-configured programs that make cycle choice simple:

• Unwrapped: 134 degrees Celcius, four minutes — for all unwrapped instruments
• Wrapped: 134 degrees Celcius, 20 minutes — for all wrapped material, including wrapped/bagged handpieces
• Packs: 121 degrees Celcius, 30 minutes — for surgical packs and double-wrapped cassettes
• Special: Selected by the operator from 105 to 135 degrees Celcius and from three to 90 minutes
