SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH, USA: Ultradent Products recently announced its total food and dollar collection for the Utah Food Bank. In a competition with its South Jordan, Utah, neighbor, eBay, Ultradent beat the competition with a total of 85,659 pounds of food. Ultradent and eBay combined exceeded last year’s total by 68,459 pounds of canned food!

The Ultradent vs. eBay’s “Beat It” competition encouraged employees and customers to collect cash and canned goods for points toward a company total. The resulting total from this year’s competition equaled enough to feed a family of four individuals, three meals a day for an entire year.

Dr. Dan Fischer, CEO and president of Ultradent, said, “eBay was an admirable opponent! The competition was challenging yet rewarding knowing we were working together to assist the Utah Food Bank, one of our favorite charities.”

In its continued mission to service the community, Ultradent has participated in a food drive for the Utah Food Bank for the past five years.
