Backed by decades of innovation, evidence and global expertise, the Nobel Biocare S Series brings trusted implant designs together around one powerful idea: a single prosthetic connection size across all implant diameters and indications. Developed to deliver excellent clinical outcomes, the S Series is designed to simplify workflows without compromising strength, precision or biology.
At its core is one strong conical connection engineered to do more than connect components. Greater implant–abutment shift has been associated with more favorable marginal bone levels, and the S Series is designed to respect the biological width — supporting long-term stability and esthetic outcomes. A tight, precision fit connection helps minimize microgaps and the risk of bacterial leakage, supporting maintenance of marginal bone over time.
Strength is engineered into every detail. Nobel Biocare’s cold‑worked pure titanium Grade 4 delivers an average tensile strength of approximately 983 MPa, while wider implant sizes provide increased collar wall thickness for added durability. Original components ensure an accurate fit, reinforcing confidence in everyday clinical practice.
Simplicity extends beyond the connection. With one implant driver across all sizes and up to 65 percent fewer multi‑unit abutment sizes, the S Series helps simplify inventory, planning, training and the overall clinical workflow — making consistency easier to achieve from placement through restoration.
The S Series includes proven implant body designs — NobelActive S, NobelParallel S and NobelReplace S — all using the same NP conical connection. Each is available with Nobel Biocare’s proven anodized surfaces, including TiUltra and TiUnite, built on extensive expertise in surface technology.
As one clinician notes, “The S Series brings a new level of simplicity. One connection for all diameters makes planning easier, reduces components, and keeps our workflow consistent.”
