ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., USA: OCO Biomedical will showcase its newly introduced Guided Surgery Kit, which features the world’s first two-step guided surgery system, at the CDA Presents the Art and Science of Dentistry, the California Dental Association’s spring meeting and exhibition, which is from Thursday, April 30, through Saturday, May 2, at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif.

This exclusive and proprietary addition to the OCO Biomedical product line has already received overwhelmingly positive response in both the domestic and international marketplace, as evidenced by increased sales and booth traffic during the recent Hinman Meeting in Atlanta and the International Dental Show (IDS) in Cologne, Germany, the company reported.

Also in the new product category, OCO Biomedical will feature an expanded line of regenerative solutions, which contain allograft, xenograft and alloplastic materials. Along with the expansion in grafting materials, the new line includes a wide variety of collagen, ptfe and allograft products. A recently released, information-packed OCO Regenerative Solutions print catalog will be available.

OCO Biomedical representatives will be on site at booth No. 481 to demonstrate the innovative Guided Surgery Kit and System, along with other new and existing products. Also available in the booth will be enrollment information about OCO’s highly acclaimed Complete Solutions Approach training program, the company’s comprehensive, AGD-Pace accredited courses, offered nationwide in multiple locations.

In addition, and as an annual highlight, the company reports that it will be promoting the “OCO Biomedical 2015 International Dental Implant Symposium,” to be held Friday and Saturday, July 17 and 18, at the Sandia Casino and Resort in Albuquerque, N.M. As a special pre-symposium event, OCO will also offer two full-day, simultaneously run courses on Thursday, July 16, featuring Dr. Rob D’Orazio, who will lecture on “The Implant Environment – Diagnosis and Treatment Planning,” and Dr. Mark Iacobelli, speaking on “Atraumatic Extraction and Socket Grafting.” Pre-symposium and symposium registration materials for OCO’s events will be distributed. Special CDA attendee discounts will be available.

Dr. Charles Schlesinger, OCO Biomedical’s chief operating officer and director of clinical affairs, said, “Over the last year and a half, OCO has come to the forefront as an industry-recognized innovator in implant dentistry. We have implemented highly progressive programs to build on our established position as a proven global leader. We will continue to introduce new products, such as the Guided Surgery Kit, to grow our existing product line, while constantly advancing our technology. Our new and innovative, state-of-the-art implantology courses, The Complete Dental Implant Solutions Approach, are being met with phenomenal success.”

“With attendance at capacity in many locations, we recently added three highly experienced clinical educators to better meet the growing need for accelerated, comprehensive training,” Schlesinger said. “Our company is unique in that we create products, technology and training designed and tested by dentists for dentists with the objective of improving patient care and building practice performance.”
