The Air-Flow Master Piezon is an effective tool to combat periodontitis or periimplantitis. The professionals at EMS are convinced that they are able to get to the bottom of such harmful deposits, quite literally, thanks to the integrated Original Air-Flow Perio Method. The uniform turbulence of the air-powder mixture and of water in the single-use Perio-Flow nozzle also prevents soft-tissue emphysema.

With no more than two large-capacity powder chambers, the Air-Flow handpiece and the Perio-Flow handpiece act in the supragingival as well as subgingival areas. Magnetically secured to the side of the unit, the handpieces are easy to remove and easy to store following treatment.

“With our new combination unit for air polishing with kinetic energy, Air-Flow Perio and scaling, we want to open up new territory for optimal prophylaxis treatment,” noted Torsten Fremerey, managing director of Electro Medical Systems (EMS) in Germany.
