DARMSTADT, Germany: Exocad, an Align Technology company and provider of CAD software for dental applications, has introduced its new student ambassador programme, bringing digital dentistry directly to universities. The initiative connects students to practical workflows, hands-on learning and campus activities.
Colleen Koehler serves as exocad’s student ambassador for North America, working with students and faculty members to introduce exocad software and its clinical and laboratory applications. Through educational webinars, in-person training and interactive campus initiatives, she provides practical insight into real-world use. The programme reflects exocad’s commitment to open, flexible and forward-thinking digital dentistry and to fostering the next generation of dental professionals.
Students can also take part in Power Hours, exocad’s free webinar series. Beginner and advanced sessions cover topics including digital smile design using Smile Creator, night guard design using the Virtual Articulator, duplicate denture workflows, printable dental models using Model Creator, full-arch implant restorations and custom abutment design supported by artificial intelligence.
