Lang Dental announces the Jet XR™ Radiopaque Acrylic

Wheeling, IL — Dave Lang, President of Lang Dental Manufacturing Co., Wheeling, IL, announced that the company is pleased to introduce Jet XR™ Radiopaque Acrylic designed to offer better clinical diagnostics where a radiopaque acrylic would be useful.

Jet XR™ offers lab technicians a homogenous pre-mixed, self-curing acrylic with barium sulfate. Past practice has required the technician to mix in a radiopaque agent at the bench which often lead to inconsistency in the mix which could result in inadequate clinical diagnostics.

Useful in identifying implant sites by the clinician, Jet XR™ can be fabricated easily and quickly into a provisional implant stent for clinical diagnostic radiographs.

Jet XR™ is available in two opacities, opaque and shadow.

Lang Dental is committed to the advancement of clinical dentistry through the development and distribution of quality dental materials. Additional advancements are expected to be announced throughout 2011 and beyond.
