PerioDerm is an acellular dermal allograft that is derived from donated human skin and indicated for the replacement of damaged or inadequate tissue in the repair, reinforcement or supplemental support of soft-tissue defects. Tissue is recovered and processed by the Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation (MTF).

The freeze-dried grafts require no refrigeration, providing more storage options, and rehydrate quickly, reducing surgery time and cost, while the three-year shelf life reduces the need for inventory management.
