MELVILLE, N.Y., USA: Henry Schein Inc. has announced the launch of the ProRepair Handpiece Portal, an online platform for dental professionals to submit a request for dental handpiece repairs, check the status of a repair once shipped and manage a personal handpiece profile.
The introduction of the ProRepair Handpiece Portal provides users with a seamless, easy-to-use system for requesting, shipping and tracking handpiece repairs, according to the company. Dental professionals simply input information about their handpiece, along with the handpiece repairs requested. For existing ProRepair customers, any handpiece that has been previously serviced will be auto populated into the portal.
Designed with transparency in mind, the cost of repairs is provided, helping customers make educated decisions about the maintenance of their handpieces before sending. Once the repair request is submitted and approved, dentists will receive instructions to ship their handpiece quickly and easily to Henry Schein ProRepair’s skilled technicians.
