MELVILLE, N.Y., USA: Henry Schein Inc. is holding its eighth annual Business of Dentistry Conference at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, Fla. The three-day event, attracting more than 1,000 attendees, features management training tailored for single-site general practices, community health centers and large and multi-site group practices interested in optimizing their use of Dentrix and Dentrix Enterprise practice management solutions, improving practice efficiency and enhancing patient care.

Under the theme “Rise Above Business As Usual,” the conference is designed to engage dentists and dental team members who are interested in learning new skills in business management, software use and clinical techniques.

Keynote speakers at the conference include Stanley M. Bergman, chairman of the board and CEO of Henry Schein; Andy Andrews, New York Times’ best-selling author; and Cathy Jameson, founder of Jameson Management. Conference participants have an opportunity to attend networking sessions and educational courses covering a wide range of industry trends, practice management tactics and the latest office and clinical technology, as well as demo "Dentrix Connected" products and services in the partner pavilion.

The conference kicked off with the Henry Schein Dentalpreneurship event from Henry Schein Financial Services, “Where Growth-Minded Dental Practice Entrepreneurs Meet,” to help practitioners operate most efficiently while delivering high-quality patient care.
