DALLAS, US: Hot on the heels of a successful spring edition in Arizona, DentalForum USA is gearing up for its autumn event, set to take place on 15–17 September at Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star in the Dallas area. The event will once again bring together dental support organisations (DSOs) from across the country for two days of one-on-one meetings with vendors, as well as insightful content sessions and high-impact networking.

In early April, DentalForum USA Spring 2025 welcomed delegates to Phoenix for an intensive agenda that included keynote addresses, vendor presentations, speed meetings and relaxed evening social events under the Arizona sky. Ted Souder, former senior executive at Google, opened the conference with a deep dive into recruitment and retention in the era of artificial intelligence.

Other highlights included talks by Trevor Maurer, CEO of OMS360, a DSO for oral and maxillofacial surgery practices; Dr Steven Wingfield, president of Wave Dental Professionals, a DSO for general practices; and Jeanette Geer, senior director of healthcare strategy at marketing company Spectrum Reach, covering topics including enterprise imaging, remote teams and patient acquisition strategies. Delegates also heard from innovative vendors such as HALYARD, Core Scientific, Jazz Imaging and IntelePeer before diving into the popular one-on-one speed meeting format that makes DentalForum such a valuable experience.

A standout moment was the off-site dinner at the Farm at South Mountain, complete with lawn games and sunset views, providing a perfect setting for informal networking and unwinding after a busy day.

Drew McIlveen, director of vendor partnerships at the Dental Cooperative, a DSO for independent dental practices, said: “This is continuously the best industry event from a [business-to-business] standpoint.”

Now the countdown begins for DentalForum USA Fall 2025, which is set to connect even more DSOs with cutting-edge vendors in a region known for its innovation and growth. Expect two days of tailored meetings, expert-led sessions and relaxed networking in a well-appointed venue. Access is by invitation only, ensuring that every attendee is a key decision maker.
