OREM, Utah, USA: Curve Dental, developer of cloud-based dental software, recently announced completion of testing and general release of an integration with Jive Communications. Now, the dental team can view patient information of those calling the practice before the team answers the phone — a feature that is designed to help the practice provide a higher level of customer service.
The integration between Curve Dental’s practice management software and Jive Communications’ telephone system allows the dental team to see which patient is calling before the call is answered. The team is able to see a picture of the patient, the patient’s status and phone number. Then, with the click of a mouse, the team can view the patient’s dental record.
This integration is available without charge to all Curve Dental customers who migrate from their existing phone system to Jive Communications.
Jive Communications, founded in 2006, provides cloud-based telephone systems that are designed to be easier to use than other systems, at a lower cost. The system replaces traditional phone systems, which frees the practice from system maintenance or user licenses of on-premises equipment.
Founded in 2004, Curve Dental provides web-based dental software and related services to dental practices in the United States and Canada. The company aims to make dental software less about computers and more about the user experience.
