Dentsply Sirona expands Burkhart partnership

CHARLOTTE, N.C., US: Dentsply Sirona and Burkhart Dental Supply have expanded their longstanding partnership. Effective 1 April, Burkhart will add Dentsply Sirona’s complete technology portfolio to its offerings, including the CEREC system, Primescan and extra-oral imaging systems such as Axeos and Orthophos.

The agreement expands access to Dentsply Sirona’s digital solutions through Burkhart’s service network across the US. The companies state that customers will benefit from simplified purchasing, integrated solutions and enhanced local support as practices invest in digital workflows. The newly added technologies complement the preventive and restorative products that Burkhart has long distributed from Dentsply Sirona, creating a more comprehensive portfolio for dental professionals.

Driving connected dentistry

Founded in 1888 by Dr William E. Burkhart, Burkhart remains family-owned and is now in its fifth generation. Headquartered in Tacoma in Washington, the company operates branches across the US, providing dental supplies, equipment, technology, practice design, repair and business consulting services.
