Dental Care Alliance (DCA) is pleased to welcome three new business development team members, reflecting the organization’s rapid growth and commitment to advancing the practice of dentistry by partnering with and supporting dental professionals to create a lifetime of healthy smiles across an ever-growing geographic footprint.

The new team members, Colton Haggerty, Chrissy Infinger and Eddie Sidenstricker, bring more than three decades of impressive, combined experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions.

Haggerty is an accomplished corporate development professional with experience in M&A and leading development efforts for high-growth companies, specializing in physician partnerships. He has a proven track record of success in building pipelines and developing new opportunities, evaluating targets, negotiating deal terms and due diligence processes.

Infinger is a seasoned business development professional with more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining DCA, she held the position of senior growth operations director for SCA Health where she focused on optimizing teammate training and leading special growth initiatives throughout the organization.

Sidenstricker has nearly a decade of experience in the dental field and has extensive knowledge in understanding the needs of potential affiliates. He has worked with hundreds of GP and specialty practices across the southeast, developing strategies and initiatives to increase case acceptance and streamline officewide workflows.

He also co-founded a venture backed healthcare software company, giving him firsthand experience in navigating the diligence process and managing the challenges faced with running a business.

“A team is truly a reflection of the caliber of its members,” said David Pegg, DCA’s chief growth officer. “Our already impressive business development team just got better with the addition of Colton, Chrissy, and Eddie. We will leverage our collective experiences to enhance our capabilities going forward and build upon our best-in-class network of allied doctors, teammates and practices.”

Dental Care Alliance’s mission is to advance the practice of dentistry by partnering with and supporting dental professionals to create a lifetime of healthy smiles. DCA currently supports more than 400 allied practices and 900 dentists across 23 states. DCA’s allied practices represent all dental specialties and treat patients under more than 150 brand names.
