2020 marks OrthoBanc’s 20th year serving the orthodontic industry. The company’s suite of solutions for the patient financial lifecycle is something that no practice should be without, the company asserts, and that has never been more apparent than during the last few weeks.

OrthoBanc’s virtual treatment and fee presentation software allows patients to accept treatment from home and electronically sign all treatment agreements. Practices that had AccepTx Pro in place before the COVID-19 crisis have continued to set up new patients and schedule starts — which sets them up for success as soon as their doors reopen.

For practices that also use OrthoBanc’s payment management solution in conjunction with AccepTx Pro, the responsible party can set up their payment plan from home now and begin paying on their treatment.

OrthoBanc currently manages payments for more than 350,000 responsible billing parties. Its Customer Care Team agents are still in place to take calls regarding these payments, even though many offices remained closed. From OrthoBanc’s Responsible Portal, the responsible party can change payment method, make additional payments and even chat with an agent in real-time.

These are just two of the solutions that OrthoBanc provides in its suite of tools for the patient financial lifecycle — all designed to help orthodontic and dental practices succeed, in-office or remotely, as we all adjust to our more socially-distanced reality.

OrthoBanc is regularly providing individual and webinar demonstrations of AccepTx Pro and its other solutions as well as free training. This slower patient time could be a great opportunity to complete the setup paperwork and have your team fully trained to implement these essential solutions, according to the company.
