NEW YORK, U.S.: The Greater New York Dental Meeting (GNYDM) is one of the largest dental congresses in the world and serves as a hub for displaying the newest technology for the dental profession. This year, the event will be held from Nov. 26 to Dec. 1. at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and will return to an in-person format, offering the attendees hundreds of hands-on workshops and numerous educational webinars and product displays.
In 2019, the GNYDM attracted over 52,000 registrants from 156 countries. According to the event organizers, over 600 companies will be exhibiting at the Javits Center this year. The 97th annual GNYDM will offer an unparalleled educational program and will feature some of the most highly regarded educators in the field of dentistry, and the attendees will be able to choose between full-day seminars, half-day seminars, essays, hands-on workshops, glass-enclosed workshops and live patient demonstrations. In total, the attendees will be offered over 6 hours of free continuing education credits daily.
GNYDM 2021 will boast an expansive exhibit floor, allowing the attendees to freely interact with the exhibitors, who are eager to share their expertise about the newest products and technology from around the world. The attendees will also have the opportunity to take a look at and test a range of innovative dental products.
Additionally, GNYDM 2021 will offer the World Implant Expo, the annual Global Orthodontic Conference, a 3D printing conference, an oral health symposium, a pediatric summit, a women’s program and dental laboratory education—all planned to enable the dental team to excel in delivering quality dental care.
Besides having networking and educational opportunities, attendees will have the chance to visit the city and navigate New York’s best attractions, including Broadway theaters and historical sites. As general chairman of GNYDM, Dr. James Doundoulakis commented: “There is no place quite like New York to experience the excitement of the holiday season.”
“Attendees, visitors and friends will never run out of things to do or sites to see in the City That Never Sleeps,” he continued.
In order to attend the GNYDM 2021, attendees and exhibitors will be required to provide proof of vaccination and asked to wear masks throughout the event.
