BioHorizons has launched SmartShape Healers, its anatomically shaped healing abutments with a scannable design. This new product release advances BioHorizons’ commitment to streamline clinical workflows.

These two innovations together create an exceptionally streamlined clinical workflow that helps ensure the highest levels of predictability for patients.”
SmartShape Healers are designed to simplify workflows and enhance outcomes. They feature six anatomical emergence profiles, a matte surface for easy scanning, occlusal markings for identification and orientation, and an all-metal design for seating verification. An easy four-step workflow allows for consistent tissue contouring from healer to the final restoration.
In addition, BioHorizons subsidiary, Vulcan Custom Dental, supports profile-matched custom final restorations for the healers.
