What’s better than a few days of music and learning? How about a few days of music and learning at this year’s American Academy of Implant Dentistry Annual Conference.

Taking place from Oct. 1 to 3, the 2026 AAID conference is heading to Nashville to celebrate 75 years of leadership while embracing the theme of “Honoring the Past, Engineering the Future”. Taking place at the Gaylord Opryland, this year’s event promises to feature dozens of workshops and guest speakers as well as interactive demonstrations of new products to help you and your office team take your practice to the next level.

The Implant World Expo is returning. Whether you are brand new to implants or a seasoned veteran, this is the place you’ll want to be. There, you can visit with more than 100 companies, see the latest products and services, and take advantage of show specials and discounts. In addition, a free lunch is being offered between noon and 1:30 p.m. Oct. 1 and 2.

Hours for the Implant World Expo will be Oct. 1 until 7:30 p.m., Oct. 2 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Oct. 3 from 9:30 to 11 a.m.

If you’re looking to top off your continuing education credits, the AAID conference is the spot for you. Participants can earn up to 18 CE credits over the three-day event. Multiple lectures and guest speakers will give you the chance to earn those credits. Event organizers have set up a variety of professional guest speakers on a wide range of implant topics.

Don’t forget about your team at this year’s event. The AAID Dental Implant Team program features education for dental hygienists, assistants, administrative and laboratory staff. It is personalized for each member so that your entire team can be proactive and become stronger and better fill your patients’ needs.

There will be several receptions taking place throughout the three days. On Oct. 2, the Women in Dentistry luncheon will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m., and later that evening, join your friends and colleagues for the ABOI/ID Diplomate Celebration Dinner from 6 to 9 p.m.

Oct. 3 features the premier social event with the President’s Celebration. Taking place at Category 10, the iconic downtown venue co-founded by country music star Luke Combs, the event will feature live entertainment, Nashville flair and a one-of-a-kind celebration. Join your friends and colleagues for a night of music and laughter. This year the event is open to exhibitors and sponsors too for the first time.

And don’t forget to download the AAID Events app. Everything you need to make the most of the AAID Annual Conference will be right there at your fingertips.
