AMSTERDAM, Netherlands: The latest findings and the newest solutions for hard- and soft-tissue health and regeneration are hot topics. Attendees can join world experts and Nobel Biocare at EuroPerio9, to be held in Amsterdam from 20 to 23 June, to explore and debate the science and techniques of new innovations in this field. In addition, the ever-popular hands-on sessions and demonstrations will be held in-booth to allow visitors to experience Nobel Biocare’s solutions first-hand.

At EuroPerio9, Nobel Biocare will be hosting a range of events aimed at informing and engaging visitors to the exhibition. On 21 June, a forum titled “Maintaining long-term and hard- and soft-tissue health” will be held in the Elicium from 12.30 to 2 p.m. Led by Dr Nikos Donos, a team of experts will explore various factors affecting hard- and soft-tissue health, discuss how different implant surfaces compare, highlight the dos and don’ts to avoid peri-implantitis, show which components promote soft-tissue healing for aesthetic restorations, and present an innovative method of decontamination for peri-implantitis therapy. At this forum, several new solutions from Nobel Biocare will also be demonstrated.

“Guided bone regeneration—State of the art” is another forum that Nobel Biocare will be hosting at EuroPerio9, on 22 June from 12.30 to 2 p.m. in the Elicium. A panel led by Dr Sascha Jovanovic will explore the very latest solutions and findings regarding new modalities for socket management, treating severe defects around single implants, the impact of manufacturing on xenogeneic graft material, and the benefits and limitations of ceramic implants.

At the Nobel Biocare booth (#10.11), located in Hall 10.1, visitors will be able to get hands-on with the On1 concept, explore the importance of soft-tissue management, discover the brand-new ceramic implant system, NobelPearl, learn more about the Safecut concept (bone harvesting from the mandible) and about horizontal bone regeneration techniques.

Space is limited for these events. Hands-on activities and demonstrations are extremely popular, so attendees are invited to choose their sessions and reserve their seats today.

  1. Joanne Mendez, ARNP says:

The best control of healthy oral biofilm was taught years ago by Dr Weston A Price. Check out his book, Nutrition and degenerative disease or Weston ‘A Price, Foundation. Probiotics were present in almost every meal. The other source for healing the oral cavity is the work of Dr Jerry Tennant, Healing is Voltage/atlas edition.
