RGP unveils a new dental operatory at its headquarters

BRISTOL, R.I., USA: RGP, a company that for more than 20 years has provided ergonomic seating to dental professionals, recently added an exhibition operatory to its headquarters. Customers are invited to visit the operatory, located in Rhode Island, for in-person demonstrations.

“Over the years we have had numerous potential clients who have asked if we have a showroom where customers can come and try out our stools in a normal dental clinic setting,” the company said in an announcement. “Thanks to your suggestions and requests, this past summer RGP completed its full in-house operatory for live, hands-on chair-side trials.”

According to RGP, many stools feel and look good at first touch, but trying them for just five minutes in a trade show booth is much different than actually using the stools near an actual patient chair.

“Here at RGP, we wanted our customers to have the option of visiting our facility and trying the chairs and accessories out in an atmosphere that they are familiar with,” the company said. “Equipped with a state-of-the-art Ergonomic Products patient chair with heat, massage and traversing capabilities, the RGP operatory is the perfect way to see our products up close and personal.”

According to RGP, customers in the Northeast have already been securing demo dates for the upcoming year.
