Kettenbach LP acquires Airway Metrics LLC

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., USA: Management from Kettenbach LP and Airway Metrics LLC have announced the acquisition by Kettenbach LP of all business assets of Airway Metrics, effective at the end of business on Feb. 28.

Airway Metrics LLC offers product systems designed to assist dentists in determining the correct vertical and protrusive dimensions needed in a bite to produce an optimum airway to manage obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) by oral sleep appliances prescribed and delivered through dental professionals.

Supported by a large number of experts in the field of dental sleep medicine, Airway Metrics has become an essential instrument in a fast growing number of offices adding this therapy to their practices.

The announcement was made Jan. 15. The current business is scheduled to transition during the next 30 days, with Airway Metrics conducting all transactions and support.
