In a free Dental Tribune Study Club webinar on Wednesday, 11 March, Dr Hyun-Jun Jung will be covering the topic of how to create and apply a surgical guide template. Jung works as a speaker for Ivoclar Vivadent in South Korea and runs a private practice that focuses on full-arch rehabilitation. His teaching is backed by extensive knowledge and many years of experience.
The webinar will focus on the use of static computer-guided surgery for the fast and accurate treatment of edentulous cases, with particular emphasis on immediate loading with temporary prostheses after surgery. Additionally, Jung will cover details around achieving efficient immediate loading in full-arch rehabilitation cases.
Jung graduated from Yonsei University College of Dentistry in Seoul in South Korea in 2008. He is director of the Osstem Implant Master Course and the Geistlich Korea Sinus Course and co-director of the Shinhung SID Implant Busan Workshop. He received, among other awards, the Korean Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Implantology best research award at the joint meeting of the academy and the Osteology Foundation in 2018 and the grand award for his implant clinic poster at the 2017 Shinhung Implant Dentistry meeting.
The 1-hour webinar, titled “The art of digital implant dentistry: Full-arch rehabilitation”, will be broadcast live on Wednesday, 11 March, at 6 a.m. EST. Attendance is free of charge after easy registration on the website. Participants will be able to ask questions via a chat window and have the opportunity to earn a continuing education credit by completing a multiple-choice questionnaire on the topic.
